About the Learnerships
The Learnership Programme, running for duration of 18 months, offers Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements to eligible students in the Gert Sibande Region of Mpumalanga. Students will have the chance to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world business settings, which is crucial for meeting the requirements of their diplomas and improving their employability.
With 30 placements available across different fields of business studies, this programme is an ideal stepping stone for graduates who are eager to gain work experience and enhance their professional skills.
Qualification Requirements:
Applicants must have completed an N6 Certificate in one of the following fields:
- Business Management
- Marketing Management
- Human Resource Management
- Public Management
- Financial Management
- Management Assistant
Age Limit:
- Applicants must be under the age of 36 years.
Unemployment:
- The programme is specifically for unemployed individuals who are seeking work experience to complete their diploma.

Workplace Training Requirement:
- Applicants should need workplace training to complete their qualification and graduate.
Additional Preference:
Preference will be given to applicants who are currently volunteering. If you fall under this category, be sure to provide a recent proof from the host organisation (a stamped letter will be required).
