The programme is designed to provide young people with an opportunity to gain practical experience in all aspects of poultry production, from breeding and hatching to processing and packaging. You’ll learn about the importance of biosecurity, animal welfare, and sustainable farming practices. You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the field and gain valuable insights into the industry.
To apply for the programme, all you need to do is email us copies of your Matric Certificate, ID, and CV. Please note that you should not certify your documents, as this may result in your application being rejected. The deadline for applications is 20 September 2023, so be sure to submit your application before then.

About Yes 4Youth
Yes 4Youth learnership is a program designed to provide young people with the necessary skills and experience required to succeed in the workplace. The program is funded by the South African government and is offered in partnership with various companies across the country.
The learnerships are available in various industries, including hospitality, retail, construction, and information technology. The program is open to young people between the ages of 18 and 35 who have completed Grade 12 and are unemployed.
The learnership program is structured to provide both theoretical and practical training to participants. The theoretical aspect of the program is delivered through classroom sessions, while the practical aspect is delivered through on-the-job training.
Participants are assigned to a company where they will work for a period of 12 months. During this time, they will receive a monthly stipend to cover their living expenses. They will also receive training and mentoring from experienced professionals in their chosen industry.
Upon completion of the program, participants will have acquired valuable skills and experience that will increase their chances of finding employment. They will also be awarded a nationally recognized qualification that will enhance their career prospects.
