The programme is divided into two parts: in-person classroom training and work experience in a retail store environment. The classroom training consists of four days of intensive learning, where you will be taught sales theory and practical skills that are essential for success in the retail industry. Additionally, you will also receive life skills elements that will help you navigate the workplace with greater ease.

After completing the classroom training, you will be placed in a retail store environment for six days of work experience. During this time, you will get to apply the skills you have learned in the classroom and gain practical experience in a real-world setting.

To apply for the programme, you must have access to a minimum of 200MB data and a computer or smartphone. You will be required to complete an online assessment and an online life skills course as part of the application process.
