Job Purpose:
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and general account payment support to Money Market Account guests. They manage customer queries, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborate with Computicket and Shoprite customer care agents to assist MMA guests.

Additionally, they handle escalated incidents and provide progress updates while supporting the client throughout the process. The Customer Support Specialist also utilizes their query support knowledge to support new MMA design and product developments. This job requires the flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the customer-facing voice for account payment customer issues.
  • Address and investigate customer difficulties, providing feedback to call center or clients.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on account payment customer issues, logging legitimate difficulties with the appropriate dealer, and following up with affected dealers to provide frequent feedback to the customer regarding their disagreement.
