• Before you begin packing, make sure you have all the necessary equipment on hand, including shrink plastic wrap, trays, and boxes.
• Ensure that there is an adequate supply of plastic in the machine.
• Place sauces in trays, making sure they are filled to the appropriate level and that labels are positioned correctly.
• Keep a close eye on the wrapper machine as it wraps the products, and remove any items that are not wrapped properly so they can be re-wrapped.

Gain a thorough understanding of specific machine control functions, such as activating and deactivating safety devices.

• Promptly and efficiently inform the appropriate operator/Team Leader/Group Shift Leader about any online faults that are happening, have happened, or may occur.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain continuity of OEE% and provide a thorough handover to the next shift.
• Be adaptable and willing to perform alternative duties as needed by the operative/Team Leader/Group Shift Leader.
• Maintain cleanliness in the area by cordoning off any broken bottles and sweeping using the necessary cleaning materials.

• Always adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures and follow Good Manufacturing Practices, 5S practices, and take responsibility for hygiene and cleanliness in and around the work area.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and work in a safe environment.

• Requirements:
• Familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Verify that there is an adequate amount of plastic in the machine.
• Pack sauces into trays, ensuring that they meet the required standard and that labels are correctly placed.
• Monitor the wrapper machine while it wraps the product, removing any improperly wrapped items for re-wrapping.
• Understand the specific functions of the machine controls.

Discontinue and activate all safety devices.

• Promptly and efficiently report any online faults that may be happening or have occurred to the appropriate operator/Team Leader/Group Shift Leader.
