EPWP Data Capturer, Mpumalanga – Mbombela (Central Region x1, Northern Region x1, Eastern Region x1, Southern Region x1, Civilians Data Capturer x1, Regional Office x1, Nelspruit x2)
A Grade 12 certificate is required. A recognized three-year National Diploma or bachelor’s degree will be advantageous.
Applicants should have relevant experience in the field and a basic understanding of the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) and its reporting protocols. They should also possess basic organizational and collaboration skills, as well as a basic understanding of stakeholder operations and government planning processes. Strong planning and organizing skills are necessary, along with good verbal and written communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in all Microsoft packages and the ability to work long hours and under pressure are desirable qualities. Travel may also be required.
EPWP Data Capturer, Responsibilities include capturing yearly progress reports on the Project Management reporting systems, providing exceptional reports on entered and captured data, and updating the director on any outstanding reports. Additionally, scanning, renaming, and uploading various documents to the system is required. General administrative duties in the Project Manager’s office will also be expected.
