The queue functioning must be managed effectively to provide excellent client service. The individual must also be able to assist clients at the ATM and complete transactions on any remote or self-service channels. This role provides an opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.

The minimum requirement for this position is a Grade 12 National Certificate, and no experience is necessary.
